Orange Mint Punch

Infuse the mint in 2 cups water. Steep at least 20 minutes—overnight if possible.  Strain. Add sugar.  Make the black tea in 12 cups boiling water.  Cool.  Remove tea bags. Add infusion, orange juice, and rum.

  • 6 black tea bags
  • 12 cups boiling water
  • 2 6 oz cans frozen orange juice
  • 1 cup rum
